Because I am diabetic, I am always looking for no or low carb alternatives in my diet/cooking. I had ordered some pork rinds for my wife, she is a Ranch flavor fan, and I saw the "pork rind crumbs so I ordered the plain/ranch/Italian flavors for breading some of my chicken and fish dishes, I like my breading's on the spicy side so I would add some cayenne powder for a liitle heat. When it came time to reorder, I noted you had added "Spicy Cajun" so I "updated my order preferences.
The Cajun was delicious. Can't wait to try other flavors
So good to make chicken tenders with these! I have also used them to made onion rings and mozzarella sticks and loved the results! I am going to try them on fish next.
This is a great product. I’ve also used the Italian and the ranch flavors and they are also really good. The Cajun had such a nice kick to the spiciness and it didn’t lose its flavor. I would recommend these products to anyone. The chicken was crunchy and the pork chops. I use them on at it so much flavor.
