    The Pork King Good team is made up of real people who have been on an endless search for crunch and flavor that won't pack on the pounds.

    Let’s not sugar coat things (no pun intended)....dieting is HARD. We at Pork King Good personally have tried every diet, exercise program, and “magic pill” out there over the years before finally accepting the fact that there is no easy way about it. Losing weight, maintaining weight loss, and just staying healthy in general takes hard work, dedication, and a hell of a lot of willpower. Everyone’s journey is unique and the truth is that different diets work for different people, depending on their own personal needs and goals.

    For us, however, a low-carb, high-fat  (ketogenic) way of living has been a game changer in controlling hunger, stabilizing blood sugar, and maintaining weight loss for years.

    While there are so many options out there for creating culinary works of art and delicious meals, we’ve found that our secret to approaching this keto diet as a way of living rather than a short term solution has been SIMPLICITY. We’re lazy, and that’s ok! Easy meals, simple ingredients, and anything that we can find to hack our way through cooking just makes healthy eating easier to stick to for us. Our plates aren't always polished and perfect, but they're delicious and when we find something we love, we eat it all the time!

    In this particular case, it was pork rinds! We’ve experimented with tons of alternative, low-carb breading options, pizza crusts, bread, pancakes, etc. and found that our favorite solution was also one of our favorite snacks: the pork rind!

    We found ourselves grinding up bags of pork rinds at a time so that we’d always have some on hand to quickly throw meals together, and it dawned on us that others might appreciate this as well.
