Check out our take on a classic chicken cordon bleu. This no fuss dinner is a great for a busy weeknight. Its filled with a delicious cream sauce, ham, cheese and pasta. We used a low carb pasta here !
1 head cauliflower
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp heavy cream
3/4 cup Pork King Good crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp parsley
Rinse cauliflower and cut florets into bite size pieces.
Place in bowl and microwave covered for 3 minutes. Spread florets on a paper towel to soak up any moisture
Season florets with S&P. In one bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. In second bowl combine pork crumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings
Dredge florets in egg, then crumb mixture. Fry in 1/2 inch avocado oil or bacon grease until golden
Serve with marina, spicy chipotle, ranch or whatever tickles your taste buds !
