      Ranch Chicken Nuggets

      Ranch Chicken Nuggets

      We took traditional chicken nuggets and jazzed them up with our new RANCH seasoned Pork Rind Crumbs. These simple nuggets require only a few ingredients and can be made ahead of time. They are the perfect after school snack, paired with a salad for dinner or for an appetizer. 

       

       

      Ingredients:

      • 1 lb ground chicken
      • 1 egg
      • 1 C Ranch Pork Rind Crumbs, divided 
      • Garlic and Onion Powder to taste
      • Egg wash ( one egg whisked with 1 tbs cream or milk )
      • 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese

      Directions: 

      • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
      • Line a baking sheet with a baking rack and spray with non stick spray
      • Mix together ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/2 C Ranch Crumbs, garlic and onion powder.
      • Using a scoop equally portion out mixture and form into nugget shape.
      • Mix together remaining Ranch crumbs and parm cheese in a bowl.
      • Dip each formed nugget into the egg wash then crumb mixture coating all sides.
      • FREEZE FROM THIS STATE FOR EASY GRAB AND BAKE
      • Bake nuggets for 20 min flipping halfway.
      • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces :)

      Ingredients:

      1 head cauliflower
      salt & pepper
      2 eggs
      2 Tbsp heavy cream
      3/4 cup Pork King Good crumbs
      3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
      1/2 tsp garlic powder
      1 tsp Italian seasoning
      1/2 tsp parsley

      Directions:

      Rinse cauliflower and cut florets into bite size pieces.

      Place in bowl and microwave covered for 3 minutes. Spread florets on a paper towel to soak up any moisture

      Season florets with S&P. In one bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. In second bowl combine pork crumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings

      Dredge florets in egg, then crumb mixture. Fry in 1/2 inch avocado oil or bacon grease until golden

      Serve with marina, spicy chipotle, ranch or whatever tickles your taste buds !

      Low carb Shake n Bake dupe ! This is a great easy recipe that can be served family style or even for a party appetizer.
      Ingredients:
      *hearty pinch of salt and pepper
      *2 TBSP ancho Chile powder
      *2 TBSP cayenne pepper
      *12 chicken drum sticks
      Directions:
      Cut ends of chicken drummies, to the bone in a circular motion, and pull off skin with paper towel. 
      Place pork rinds and spices into zip lock bag and shake until well coated. 
      Bake at 400 for 35 -40 min.
