Crispy Tofu by @ketokonduct


1 14oz package of extra firm tofu

2 eggs for egg wash

1 cup of Pork King Good Original Pork Rind Crumbs

1 tsp furikake seasoning



The first thing you want to do is make sure your tofu is dry (I pat the tofu with a paper towel) prior to cutting the tofu into equal sized squares. Dip each square into the egg wash and coat evenly in the pork rind crumbs.

Fry your tofu on medium high heat in a pan with olive oil (I like to add a tablespoon of sesame seed oil for extra flavor).

Once your tofu turns a nice golden brown flip them and cook the other side. Remove the tofu onto a plate layered with a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Immediately season with the furikake seasoning.

I love to serve my crispy tofu with a spicy sauce. 




1 tsp of sesame seed oil

1 tsp of rice wine vinegar

3 tbs of soy sauce

1 tsp sriracha sauce

1 tsp furikake seasoning

1 tbs chopped green onion 


Combine ingredients and enjoy!
