Someone finally got it right.

Someone finally got it right. I’ve been a pork rind fan all my life and have tried perhaps more than a hundred different brands and flavors. My daughter brought home a bag of Pork King Butter and Salt from a trip and I was very pleasantly amazed at the flavor and crispiness. They are the best ever and I won’t be satisfied with any other brand from now on.

The slightly sweet taste is wonderful and mildly pumpkiny. Delicious. I even put the fine crumbs left at the bottom of the bag in my plain yogurt, and THAT was good also. Used these as a replacement for bread crumbs in meatballs. The meatballs weren't quite as "fluffy"... slightly more condensed.. but still very delicious!
