Sweet Italian Sausage Balls

I nice twist on our famous sausage ball recipe. Instead of using breakfast sausage like the original recipe calls for we swapped it for some sweet Italian sausage instead and paired it with warm marinara. These are a perfect appetizer OR toss them in your homemade Sunday gravy.
Ingredients:
- 1LB ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 egg
- 1/2C Unseasoned Pork King Good Pork Rind Crumbs
- 1C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4oz softened vegetable cream cheese
- 1/2tbs garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined
- Form into 1" balls and place on a lined baking sheet
- Bake 30-35 min or until fully cooked
- Serve immediately with warm marinara
