Pork King Good Pork Rind Crumb Jalapeno Mozzarella Bites by Oh My Keto

The extremely talented Keto recipe creator, Nicole, of Oh My Keto, recently tried out our Pork King Good Pork Rind Crumbs for the first time and seriously blew us away with her insane take on  Keto Mozzarella Sticks! She legitimately changed the mozzarella stick game by adding in diced jalapenos and frying her mozzarella in pork rinds with our Pork Rind Crumbs! You can modify the recipe with any other ingredient you'd like to make the options limitless! Think pepperoni, buffalo chicken, ham...you get the point!

Keto mozzarella sticks

Here's her base recipe:

Here's how ya do it:
.
❇ Put 1 cup mozzarella in a bowl and microwave in 15 second increments until completely melted.
.
❇ Add in 1/4 cup of virtually anything you want and stir to combine. Can even add your favorite seasonings as well!
.
❇ Spread onto flat surface (plate, cookie sheet, etc). You can make as thick as you'd like.
.
❇ Pop in the fridge to chill and harden, about 30 min.
.
❇ Cut chilled cheese into desired shapes, dip into egg wash and coat with pork rind crumbs.
.
❇ Shallow fry in oil over medium high heat until browned and crispy then flip to crisp other side.
.
❇ Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and enjoy!!
