With only a few main ingredients,this simple and oh-so-crispy chicken patty recipe is a great starter recipe for a quick weeknight dinner! Our Pork Rind Crumbs give you the crispy coating that you crave, without adding the carbs! Add different seasonings or even change up the flavor of Pork Rind Crumbs you use here. The best part - no egg wash is needed! You can just press the Pork Rind Crumbs right into the chicken patties.
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- Chives ( 1-2tbs )
- 1/2- 1C Original Pork Rind Crumbs
- Seasonings of your choice (pro-tip: mix in our Dill Pickle Seasoning with the Pork Rind Crumbs for the perfect tangy punch).

Directions:
Mix together the chicken, egg, chives and seasonings. With wet hands form into 6 patties. Coat the patties in the Pork Rind Crumbs, making sure to get all sides. Pop the patties into the freezer for 30 min to help the crumbs adhere. Air fry at 370 for 10 min a side. Alternatively, you can pan fry or bake these to your liking!
