Pork King Good Earns WBENC Women's Business Enterprise Certification

Milestone unlocked. Pork King Good is now WBENC-certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.

Three tries, one very big yes

Getting here was not easy. It took three attempts, a mountain of paperwork and a whole lot of patience. Persistence paid off, and we could not be prouder to join a community of female leaders and corporations that genuinely value supplier diversity.

What WBENC certification means

WBENC certification verifies that a business is at least 51 percent owned, operated and controlled by women. For retailers, distributors and foodservice operators with supplier diversity goals, it means Pork King Good now counts toward those commitments, and it makes it easier for buyers to bring a woman-owned snack brand into the set.

Still the same pork rinds

Nothing about the snack changes. Our pork rinds, Pork Rind Crumbs, seasonings and Chicken Puggets are still made the same way, in our own Wisconsin facility, by the same small and mighty team.
