3oz Pork King Good Pork Rind Crumbs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tablespoon Sour Cream
1) Mix ingredients with a fork/spatula until “dough” ball forms.
2) divide into dough balls (I got 7 with my batch)
3) Line a tortilla press with a ziploc bag with the tops removes and side split and spray with can oil.
4) Press and rotate until all 4 sides have been pressed. If no press use a Flat Bottom Skillet!5
5) Cook on Mid High Heat until brown on both sides.
