Paffles! (Keto Friendly Pork Rind Crumb Waffles)

The Paffle recipe is so easy to whip up and can be used for just about anything. Avocado toast, sandwiches, open faced melts, burgers and so much more! Want an Italian flavor ? Use our Italian Pork Rind Crumbs. Digging a spicy version ? Use our Stupid Hot or Cajun Pork Rind Crumbs. Want to get wild and make a sweet version ? Use our Unseasoned Pork Rind Crumbs and add some cinnamon and sugar to the mix.

 

Ingredients:

1 egg, whisked

1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup Pork King Good Pork Rind Crumbs, whatever flavor you like

Directions

Mix everything together. Place half the mix in a personal sized waffle maker OR place all the mix in a big waffle maker. Cook until brown and crispy. This recipe makes 1 large or 2 small paffles and can be easily doubled.
