Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
1 egg
heavy cream
Pork King Good Original Crumbs
mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
sliced pepperoni
Directions:
Butterfly each chicken breast to create one big flat piece of chicken
Whisk together the egg and splash of heavy cream in a bowl and set aside
Mix together pork crumbs and Italian seasoning to taste in another bowl and set aside.
Stuff with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Roll the chicken up tightly.
Hold tightly and dip into egg wash mixture
Then coat rolled up chicken with pork crumb mixture (pork crumbs and Italian zest seasoning)
Once fully covered with pork crumb mixture use toothpicks to keep chicken rolled up.
Spray with olive oil
Place on air fryer rack and cook 370* for 20 minutes. (Time will vary based on thickness of your chicken)
Served with tomato basil sauce
