Noodles:
4 eggs
2 Tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Tbsp unflavored protein powder isolate
1 Tbsp oat fiber
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour onto a silicone mat or parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Spread out evenly to cover entire pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Let cool then cut into lasagna noodles along the long side
Ricotta:
mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Spread each noodle with 2-3 Tbsp ricotta. Sprinkle generously with italian seasoning and shredded mozzarella. Roll up and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Freeze for 1 hour
Breading:
1/3 cup unflavored protein powder isolate
2 eggs
3/4 cup Pork King Good Original crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
avocado oil for frying
Alfredo sauce
marinara
Arrange 3 bowls. In first bowl put isolate, beaten eggs in second, and finally pork crumbs, parmesan, and seasonings in third. Heat 1/2 inch of avocado oil in a skillet on medium low. Dredge frozen lasagna rolls in isolate, then egg, and lastly the pork crumb mixture. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with alfredo and marinara.
