Say hello to our newest creation, the keto FLOURLESS Italian bread bowl.The recipe is so simple to make and requires only 5 ingredients. The texture is bread, the taste is bread..ITS BREAD ! 1C shredded mozzarella cheese
4tbs sour cream
1.5tbs baking powder
Preheat oven to 425° and grease an OVEN safe bowl. I used my small Pyrex bowl that’s about the size of my hand.
Mix all ingredients together well and form into a ball.
Place dough ball into the greased bowl and cook in the middle of your oven for 45 min. Don’t check on it. It’s fine. Let it cook and be patient.
Once cooked take it out and let it completely cool on the counter! Important step. Letting the bread cool down after cooking helps to achieve your bread texture.
Once cooled use a serrated knife and cut the top off. Scoop the insides out with a spoon, tear it into pieces and serve with your bread bowl to dip. Fill bowl with whatever tickles your fancy. I did traditional spinach artichoke dip. Beer cheese would be soooooo good in this !
