Your favorite childhood breakfast is now all grown up! These low carb french toast sticks come together magically using our favorite secret ingredient: pork rinds (duh)! Anna (@baconbutterbourbon) used our Unseasoned Pork Rind Crumbs to create this super simple and delicious keto friendly breakfast!
2 ounces softened cream cheese
2T granular sweetener
1T coconut flour
1/4t baking powder
dash of cinnamon
Mix in 1/2c Unseasoned Pork Rind Crumbs. TRUST ME on this—magic happens and it will turn to literal bread when baked.
Bake in rectangular shaped silicone molds at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and set. This made six pieces for me!
Sauté in butter until golden brown, and serve with maple syrup for dipping.
