Crispy Baked Beer Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Take a large baking dish and add 1tbs of olive oil along the bottom, coating the bottom.
  • Add your unseasoned crumbs evenly over the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle 1tbs of beer seasoning over the crumbs.
  • Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of parm cheese on top.
  • Next add your potatoes cut side down directly on top of the cheese.
  • In a small bowl add the remainder of the olive oil, 1tbs beer seasoning and parm cheese and mix. Take a brush and coat the tops of the potatoes with the mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 min.
  • Take foil off and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
